Job Summary
The Ambulance Transporter is accountable for ensuring that the level of competence during the transport process is adequate for the patient’s current and expected needs.
Education and/or Experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- One year or more of driving experience is required.
License/Certification/Registration
- Valid Driver’s License is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire required.
Work Schedule
- PRN - work as needed
- Monday - Friday between 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
- Shifts can range from 2 hours to 10 hours
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
- $17.00 - $20.50 per hour
