What are the responsibilities and job description for the Controller position at Avero?
Our customer in Elkhart, IN is looking for a dynamic leader to join their team as a Controller. This person will lead a direct team of accounting professionals but will be a leader across the whole plant. This person should be strong with accounting processes, budgeting, cost analysis, and forecasting. This person will be hands on with day to day accounting functions but will focus a lot on operations, special projects and overall motivating the team and creating a strong culture.
The ideal candidate will have a CPA, 5 years of leadership, and manufacturing experience.
