Our customer in Fort Wayne, IN is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join their growing team. This company is heavily involved in plastic injection molding and looking to add a key member who is able to lead the maintenance team and assist with maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
Some of the experience they're looking for includes:
- 5 years' experience in Plastic Injection Molding, Industrial Automation, PLCs, Pneumatics, and Hydraulics
- Management experience in operations, maintenance, or engineering
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
