LOCATION: Merritt Island, FL
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: 6 Month Contract (with opportunity for extension and/or conversion)
PAY RANGE: $37 /hour depending on shift
HOURS: Day, Swing and Weekend Available

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Inspector for a space exploration company which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in mechanical inspection processes looking to further their career in aerospace.
- Perform receiving and dimensional inspection of aerospace components
- Apply expert knowledge and understand of GD&T
- Review first articles of highly regulated aerospace parts
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 7 years of experience in receiving or dimensional inspection of aerospace components
- Strong understanding of GD&T comprehension per ASME Y14.5M-1994 standard
- Experience in new product introduction/prototypes is ideal
- Fluent in the use of inspection equipment
