AVI Foodsystems is looking for a Building Maintenance Technician at our Headquarters Service Center in Warren, OH.

The responsibilities for this position include:
- Inspect buildings and other structures to detect malfunctions; make needed repair recommendations
- Perform electrical maintenance to include lighting, switches , outlets, fuses, breakers
- Repair equipment utilizing hand and power tools
- Participate in office and building remodeling
- Conduct predictive and preventative maintenance
- Responsible areas include corporate office buildings and manufacturing plants
- Three or more years of experience in building and grounds maintenance
- Experience working with single-phase electric power; three-phase electric power experience preferred
- Intermediate or advanced skills desired in HVAC, welding, plumbing, refrigeration, carpentry, boilers, pneumatics, hydraulics and painting
- Strong mechanical background
- High school diploma or equivalent education and/or experience ; technical training preferred
- Strong willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work Monday - Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed
