Position Summary: Provide genuine hospitality to every guest. Contribute to a positive environment by following company wide systems, policy, procedure and safety guidelines. Ensure that all food and beverages are produced and served to our standards of quality and care.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they enter
- Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients
- Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)
- Washes dishes in back of house
- Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries and toasts
- Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
- Keep the entire cafe clean and tidy
- Assist in maintaining stock levels
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Communicate customer feedback to management
Skills
- Experience in food service/hospitality
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills
