The Credit Analyst will a nalyze credit applications for corporate and consumer applicants and provide support for Equifax tasks.
What you'll do:
- Track, evaluate, and recommend decisions on all in-bound applications from ABG sales for commercial and Tour/Travel applicants, Budget Truck Commercial applications/ASAP accounts and Budget Truck Dealerships based on ABG credit criteria.
- Recommend credit approval for potential Agency Operator applicants and pull background checks on those individuals.
- Handle all name changes, changes or updates to TRABO and Oracle, mergers and acquisitions for all types of billing accounts.
- Handle job duties relating to the Equifax debit card and EID process including station score changes and additions.
- Handle all duties associated with Exchange of Service Accounts.
- Handle declined and marginal account notification to internal and external customer for all accounts and approval notifications to sales for Budget Truck and Dealer accounts.
- Assist manager to create new policies and/or procedures to streamline workflow. Scan and Index applications into Filenet after updating TRABO, CDB and Oracle with pertinent information.
- Distribute monthly management reports utilizing SQL Navigator, Access, and SQL developer to produce Equifax reports for Field Operations and Area Controllers who analyze and make Equifax credit score recommendations for their respective areas.
- Support all positions in the department.

- High school diploma
- 3 years of customer service and banking related experience
