A leading professional development and networking company is looking for an Instructional Designer. The successful candidate will work within a team of Instructional Designers to determine learning objectives, establish clear timelines for deliverables, gather key requirements from partners on the product team, recommend the best format to suit the learner experience, and create learning assets that serve core customer needs. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent instructional writing skills and is able to adhere meticulously to established development guidelines and templates. Instructional Designer Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $45-$55/hr

- 20 hours/week, 3 Month Assignment
Instructional Designer Responsibilities:
- Partner with Instructional Designers and product teams, to update existing Sales Solutions coursework aligned with upcoming product updates or build new learning material aligned to new product releases.
- Identify learning objectives tied to desired customer behavior outcomes.
- Draft scripts/content for customer-facing asynchronous assets.
- Design learning assets, balancing the need to deliver within given timelines while accounting for maintenance sustainability and localization.
- Continuously incorporate peer review feedback.
- Manage deliverable deadlines.
Instructional Designer Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in customer learning, adult learning, teaching, or technical writing.
- 1-2 years building e-learning assets in Articulate Rise.
- BA or equivalent work experience (Degree with emphasis on Instructional Design is a plus).
- Experience working on a multicultural team is preferred.
- Experience working in the learning, hiring, or employee engagement industry is preferred.
- Experience structuring lessons or courses to produce a behavioral outcome is preferred.
- Experience with multimedia or graphic design is preferred.
- Extended enterprise experience (customer-facing not internal L&D) is preferred.
- Proven critical thinker.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excels in execution, establishing priorities, and meeting swift deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
- Demonstration of a growth mindset is preferred.
- Ability to move quickly on this high-performing team and deadlines shift to meet the needs of the Sales Solutions business.
- Demonstration of self-direction paired with transparent communication is a must.
- Excellent instructional writing skills and is able to adhere meticulously to established development guidelines and templates.
- Ability to establish rapport and mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders is another key to success.
Salary : $45 - $55
