IT Project Manager Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $80-$90/hr

- 40 hours/week, 12 Month Assignment
IT Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and manage demand management in take process for the assigned track across the technology team.
- Promote best practices and train others on existing and new processes and tools across teams and departments.
- Ensure all project artifacts (e.g., Business Requirement Documents, Design Documents, Test Plans, Business Readiness Plans, Cutover Plans, Risk/Issues Log, etc.) that are in line with BizApps’ deliverables plan are completed and saved in the project’s central repository.
- Work with the deliverable owners/contributors and stakeholders to obtain approvals of all project documents in a timely fashion.
- Drive quarterly roadmap and resource planning activities and deliverables.
- Develop and manage end-to-end program plans and ensure on-time delivery. Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks.
- Create a collaborative work environment that fosters autonomy, transparency, mastery, innovation, and learning.
- Assist in driving the request for proposal process and review of vendor proposals and statements of work, ensuring new tools/applications are compliant with the security policies, on-boarding of new tools and vendors, and managing project budgets.
- Own change management during the SDLC, understand the impact and risks of changes to project timelines, and works with the Business Process Owner (BPO) or Global Process Owners (GPO), Business Process Analyst (BPA), Business Systems Analyst (BSA), and Functional Manager to highlight benefits of changes or potential risks to the project.
- Plan and drive programs and projects of significant complexity and risk.
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of projects.
- Organize the overall project team and establish clear roles and responsibilities at the beginning of each project and hold project team accountable for the deliverables.
- Manage and develop plans for inter project/program interdependencies and drive risks/issues to closure.
- Analyze project plan to identify and mitigate risks and minimize potential roadblocks.
- Collaborate with BPOs, Functional Manager, BSAs, and BPAs from all functions to create a detailed project plan
• Schedules and prepares meeting materials for project team meetings, including kickoff, testing kick-off and sign-off, go/no-go, post-mortem, etc. - Facilitate meetings by sending meeting agendas, capturing and distributing meeting minutes, and capturing and tracking issues reported during all phases of the project.
- Drive assigned team actions to resolution by working with action owners.
- Identify dependencies between teams, resolve issues, and ensure all plans align with delivery criteria.
- Influence decision-making and problem-solving across projects, programs, and teams.
- Close projects and reports the overall level of success to sponsors and stakeholders, and identify lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships to increase collaboration and productivity.
- Develop and manage communication methods and cadence to ensure appropriate project communication to all stakeholders.
- Serve as the central point of contact and primary interface for all projects related issues,
- Detect misalignment and gain consensus on appropriate actions, mitigating negative impact.
- Monitor project risk and assist managers in developing mitigation strategies to meet the project’s goals and objectives.
- Recommend best practices as an active member of the BizApps’ PMO team.
- Promote the brand of the BizApps organization as a representative of a globally diverse team.
- Impact the customer through the way they purchase our different products.
IT Project Manager Qualifications:
- 8 years of Program/Project Management or Technical Product Management experience in a technology-oriented organization.
- 8 Years of experience in project management execution using various different project management methodologies (agile, waterfall, etc.).
- BA/BS degree in management, business administration, computer science, computer technology, or a similar related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience presenting to technical and business stakeholders and management team project/program status.
- Experience planning, building, testing, and deploying Oracle applications is required.
- Nice to have hands-on implementation experience with at least one of the following Oracle R12 tracks OTC, R2R, HTR & P2P.
- Knowledge and experience with other tools like OBIEE, PowerBI, Middleware, Oracle EBS infrastructure is a big plus.
- PMP certification or Scrum Agile certification is preferred.
- Experience leading a program or project with a high volume, high velocity invoicing/billing business improving customer experience.
- Hands-on experience with project collaboration tools (Smartsheet, SharePoint, PPM, and Google Sites).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and MS Projects.
- Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth, and results-orientated environment that demands excellence.
- Proficiency in project development lifecycle (PLC).
