What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Associate(s) position at Aviva Senior Living?
Aviva Senior Living is hiring Front Desk Associates to greet and assist residents, visitors, vendors, and staff members in the continuing effort to deliver outstanding resident service.
Essential Functions include, but are not limited to:
- Accurately maintains daily logs, records and forms.
- Monitor and Respond to Emergency System.
- Monitor and control access to the building.
- Resolve and follow-up on all complaints/issues.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
- Educational/Professional Qualifications:
- High School diploma/equivalent preferred.
- One year experience working with the senior population.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Able to work independently and without direct supervision.
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.
- Detailed-oriented and able to multitask.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication and time management skills.
- Able to work evening hours and weekends.
- Able to respond to emergencies on a timely manner.
- Ability to read, write and speak English
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
