Billings and Collections - Consultant – Salary £27,000 to £33,000 Do you have a good track record of delivering work to key deadline, be able to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders? We are currently recruiting for a Billing & Collections Consultant to join our General ledger Accounting and Financial control team within UKGI Finance with a focus on Large Corporate policies within the Healthcare business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to experience core finance, accounting, and control, working closely with the business while also applying robust financial controls. A bit about the job: This role will report to the Billing and Collections manager and will be responsible for invoicing of Corporate Excess and Trust policies within the Healthcare billing and collection’s function working closely with customer facing business teams and the finance and business partner functions. This will include billing of complex Corporate Excess and Trust policies, production of associated balance sheet reconciliations, supporting system testing/commissioning and managing billing queries. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Core finance knowledge including general ledger accounting and systems. A part qualified Accountant or qualified by experience would be advantageous. Excellent relationship and stakeholder management and communication skills. Proven track record of adhering to deadlines with a strong understanding of Risk Management and control frameworks. Strong Excel skills.
