We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Front Desk/Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the studio, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
- Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries, directing customers to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Provide product information, including details on materials, design options, and pricing, to potential clients.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their design and budget needs, offering expert advice and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions, including invoicing, payments, and tracking orders.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing front desk and showroom area.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with designers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Keep track of inventory levels, order stock as needed, and assist with merchandise display.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Provide administrative support to management as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Interior Design, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- 2 years of experience in a front desk, sales, or customer service role, preferably in a building materials, design, or retail environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or sales software.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of building materials, interior design, or architecture is highly desirable.
