Role Overview: 

Operators will be hands-on when dealing with Airsoft

Responsibilities range from Field Operator: 

• Refereeing / Regulating Games to make sure our guests fall in line of our rules/guidelines 
• Ensure that game times are being rotated accordingly
• Maintaining cleanliness across the whole facility
• Ensuring that you communicate to the respective manager if you have a sale
• Construction of fields and its makeup including structures, furniture, decoration, and obstacles
• Rearrangement of the fields to the layout / floor plan provided
• Moving items / tools from the storage room to instructed location
• Repairing / maintaining all equipment
• Supporting the field lead in his arranged activities 
• Keep track of score during games 
• Cleaning the supplies. display, computers, and field
• Taking out the trash and sweeping BBs
• Keeping track of inventory / rentals 
• Being behind the register and guiding customers through the checkout process
• Assisting/greeting customers to provide an amazing experience 
• Restocking concession stands 
• Filling in games when there is not a sufficient amount of people determined by the field lead or an on-site manager.

It is a fun job as you often are able to interact with the game modes we have available. We want passionate individuals who are excited and outgoing as it creates the atmosphere we want to achieve at Awaken. 

Being able to work in a group and communicating well is crucial to our operations. Reporting incidents, keeping score, and tracking equipment all stem from your ability to communicate properly. We want to create a healthy, safe, and fun working environment for ALL of our employees. This will provide our guests with a unique and outstanding experience at Awaken.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Every weekend
