About the role:
We are seeking a permanent full-time Medical Courier who will be responsible for delivering orders around Dunedin and Mosgiel, and transporting specimens from medical centres to our laboratory within agreed timeframes. You will also be trained to be a relief stores person putting together orders for medical centres in the Otago and Southland Region.
These are public facing roles that at times can be demanding. To be successful you will have excellent customer service skills, be warm and friendly with a can do attitude and a real commitment to service delivery.
To be successful in this role you need to have:
- A full NZ class 1 licence
- A clean criminal and driving record
- You will be required to participate in the weekend roster
- Good knowledge of the Dunedin region
- Be physically fit and able
- Respect for ensuring patient confidentiality at all times and in all matters
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand
