Overview:
Axient is seeking a Facility Manager to support our customer in Albuquerque, NM.
Responsibilities:
Job responsibilities include:
- Test equipment custodian
- Information Technology Equipment (ITE) custodian
- Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory (PMEL) custodian
- Facility maintenance interface with base maintenance contractor
- Maintain the building Hazmat program, to include monitoring the IAP (Initial Accumulation Point) containers

Responsible for the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Quality Assurance Inspections, including:
- Building organization and cleanliness
- Consolidated Tool Kits (CTKs)
- Equipment readiness for use and, ensuring current calibration
- Ensure equipment repair manuals are in the Air Force Tech Data system (TDS)
- Responsible for ESD program
Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Associates Degree and 3 years’ work experience (minimum)
- Must have an active and transferrable DoD security clearance with current investigation at the required level. Must be able to maintain the required clearance
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience working with Logistics Material Control Activity (LMCA)
Must meet applicable COVID safety requirements and protocols
