Based in Northern Virginia, Axiologic Solutions LLC has an opportunity for you to become part of our high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key federal clients. We are currently seeking a Business Process Improvement Specialist to support our growing team.
Must have experience working with the open-source mission at an Intelligence organization, to include knowledge/understanding of the Open-Source Enterprise's (OSE) mission, organizational structure, and technology capabilities.
Must have experience working with different components of the Intelligence Community (IC).
Must have experience managing highly visible projects to include providing recommendations and execution for the following areas: streamlining-g and simplifying business processes, corporate action management, benchmarking and program metrics, data management, surveys, and assistance with business reporting and analytics.
Must have experience in coordinating and integrating disparate projects across multiple government teams to drive quality outcomes and document and facilitate progress toward larger strategic objectives.
Must have strong interpersonal skills necessary to elicit cooperation and support from others and to interact tactfully and effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and other employees.
Must have strong oral and written communication skills sufficient for responses to corporate actions and on substantive research topics and issues to a wide range of technical and non-technical customers, co-workers, and managers.
Must be able to manage competing priorities and work requirements by continuously evaluating the needs of the organization's mission against on-going work; and planning/scheduling own and unit's work.
Must be able to interact with people who have different values, cultures, or backgrounds.
Must be able to interact with customers, employees, and managers at all levels in order to contribute to and influence decision-making and resolve conflict.
Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience.
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
A Master's Degree may be used to supplement 1 year of experience.
