Business Process Improvement Specialist

Based in Northern Virginia, Axiologic Solutions LLC has an opportunity for you to become part of our high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key federal clients. We are currently seeking a Business Process Improvement Specialist to support our growing team. 

Responsibilities:

• Must have experience working with the open-source mission at an Intelligence organization, to include knowledge/understanding of the Open-Source Enterprise's (OSE) mission, organizational structure, and technology capabilities. 

• Must have experience working with different components of the Intelligence Community (IC). 

• Must have experience managing highly visible projects to include providing recommendations and execution for the following areas: streamlining-g and simplifying business processes, corporate action management, benchmarking and program metrics, data management, surveys, and assistance with business reporting and analytics. 

• Must have experience in coordinating and integrating disparate projects across multiple government teams to drive quality outcomes and document and facilitate progress toward larger strategic objectives. 

• Must have strong interpersonal skills necessary to elicit cooperation and support from others and to interact tactfully and effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and other employees. 

• Must have strong oral and written communication skills sufficient for responses to corporate actions and on substantive research topics and issues to a wide range of technical and non-technical customers, co-workers, and managers. 

• Must be able to manage competing priorities and work requirements by continuously evaluating the needs of the organization's mission against on-going work; and planning/scheduling own and unit's work. 

• Must be able to interact with people who have different values, cultures, or backgrounds. 

• Must be able to interact with customers, employees, and managers at all levels in order to contribute to and influence decision-making and resolve conflict. 

Required:

• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience. 

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline 

• A Master's Degree may be used to supplement 1 year of experience.
