CT Technician
Axion Staffing is seeking an experienced CT Technician located in_ Emporia, KS 66801._
As a_ CT Technician, you will earn $45.00 - $52.00 per hour, based on experience. You will work 7am - 5:30pm, 8 shifts on and 6 days off._
To qualify for this CT Technician opportunity, we require:
- Experience with basic CT and X-rays
- Maintain knowledge of concepts, standards, procedures and equipment.
- Maintain a safe and appropriate work area including the use of ALARA.
- Utilize medical knowledge by interviewing patients, explaining the procedure and preforming the procedure in a professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with radiologist and health care professionals as well with the patient.
- Troubleshoot equipment to ensure equipment is operating properly.
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- KS License
- Completion of an approved Radiology Technologist Program OR completion of Military Training Program
- A.R.R.T. Registered or Registry eligible
