ABOUT THIS JOB:
Namify is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Search Marketing Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with a proven track record in driving digital traffic growth. This individual will manage and optimize our digital advertising efforts across platforms like Google, LinkedIn, G2, and other social media networks. Your primary goal will be to increase awareness, engagement, and conversions for Axomo, helping us solidify our position as a leader in the swag management space.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Digital Advertising Management: Develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and G2. Ensure campaigns are optimized for maximum ROI and aligned with overall business goals.
- Traffic Growth: Strategize and execute plans to increase organic and paid traffic to Axomo's website and landing pages.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Creative Development: Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that resonate with target audiences.
- Budget Management: Oversee and optimize the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across platforms.
- Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging platforms to ensure Namify remains at the forefront of search marketing innovation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Requirements
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in search engine marketing (SEM) and digital advertising, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across multiple platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with swag management platforms, brand management, or similar industries is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, in-office environment

SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (Full-time)
WORKSPACE INFO:
This job exists in an office environment working on a computer for 8-9 hours per day.
Salary : $80,000 - $125,000
