Your Impact
This is a post-sale, advanced solutions architecture and design validation, front-line role with primary duties of preparing field team for the deployment of network, hardware, and software for Axon Interview Room solution. All candidates maintain a professional attitude with a strong focus on the customer’s total implementation experience.
What You'll Do
Location: Remotely within the United States, Travel 10%
Reports to: Interview Room Deployment Director
Direct reports: 0
- Review and validate deployment designs for appropriate hardware and agency workflow support or enhancement
- Create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning related to deployment of Interview Room solution.
- Identify blockers and pre-requisites, physical and network related, that must be satisfied to ensure a successful deployment and design a plan with timeline and milestones to their resolution
- Deliver timely and detailed project deployment reports.
- Engage with technology decision makers (Chiefs of Police, Command staff, Sheriffs, Directors of IT) and program managers, post-sale, to coordinate deployment of Axon Interview Room products.
- Identify and implement solutions within minimal assistance in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain proper record of the designed solution for use by the implementation team.
- Stage and configure proof-of-concept/bench equipment for customer validation and preparation of deployment.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Advanced understanding of Networking, TCP/IP communication
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and evaluate technologically complex devices; demonstrated written and verbal communication, interpersonal, facilitation, presentation, organizational, and follow-up skills as well as attention to detail.
- Knowledge of a wide range of computer systems software, applications, hardware, networking, data transfer and communications common to law enforcement/public safety/government environments.
- Proven experience and success with LAN, WAN integration and design
- Previous project management experience is advantageous.
