As the Sr. Manager of Human Resources,  you will play a critical role in shaping our company’s workforce and organizational culture. You will lead the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives, providing expert guidance and support to managers and employees across all HR functions. Responsibilities
  • Promote a positive work environment through effective employee relations initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
  • Identify training needs and design effective development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions on various HR topics.
  • Support managers in implementing performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
  • Oversee the administration of compensation (through PEO management) and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with applicable laws.
  • Conduct market research to benchmark salaries and benefits to attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits administration.


Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Human Resources, Management or other related discipline; Masters degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of federal and state laws governing compensation administration practices.
  • Knowledge in pay management, variable compensation and incentive plans. 
  • Experience leading internal and external market analyses, working with external consultants and data providers (Radford/Aon)
  • Knowledge or experience in drafting and computing executive compensation disclosures in a public company proxy statement preferred.
  • Knowledge of HRIS, HCM, data governance and reporting and equity management platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state employment law, tax codes, and human resources practices.
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail and discretion handling confidential information.
  • Must have superior communication skills; verbal, written and interpersonal skills; able to listen effectively to solve problems, anticipate issues and make effective decisions.
  • Maintains the highest level of customer service, creating solutions and experiences that drive business results and engagement with the brand.
  • Must work collaboratively with fellow employees, treating all clients, both internal and external with dignity and respect always.
