Job Summary and Opportunity

We are looking for an Analyst to assist with multi-tier support to internal and external clients in both production and test environments, utilizing a suite of proprietary and SaaS applications. The analyst will provide training and peer support as needed. If you are looking to grow and show your analytical skills, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities

• Ability to troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues

• Coordinates with product development engineers to track and communicate design, development, support, and maintenance problems and solutions 
• Answers customer and field support questions 
• Provides guidance and support for product integration and infrastructure issues

• Communicate effectively to internal and external clients

• possess the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks appropriately

Requirements

• 1 year's related experience
• Basic knowledge of the software development life cycle
• Ability to design and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets and Word documents using advanced functionality
• Good analytical skills including ability to research, schedule, analyze, and present findings

Preferred:

• Associate’s degree
• Experience using the English Query language and SQL
• A general understanding of the relationship between Host and Client environments
• Basic level knowledge of programming specifically related to reading and creation of code
• Financial services industry background

A targeted annual base salary range of USD $60,000/Yr. - USD $75,000/Yr., based on the experience, skills, and education/certification required for this position. Eligibility for a discretionary semi-annual incentive compensation plan, based upon performance, payable in cash and/or share grants (RSU’s) that may vest over time. The annual discretionary target bonus percentage is up to 20%.
