Job Summary and Opportunity
We are looking for an Analyst to assist with multi-tier support to internal and external clients in both production and test environments, utilizing a suite of proprietary and SaaS applications. Responsibilities
Ability to troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues
- Coordinates with product development engineers to track and communicate design, development, support, and maintenance problems and solutions
- Answers customer and field support questions
- Provides guidance and support for product integration and infrastructure issues
Communicate effectively to internal and external clients
possess the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks appropriately
Requirements
- 1 year's related experience
- Basic knowledge of the software development life cycle
- Ability to design and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets and Word documents using advanced functionality
- Good analytical skills including ability to research, schedule, analyze, and present findings
Preferred:
- Associate’s degree
- Experience using the English Query language and SQL
- A general understanding of the relationship between Host and Client environments
- Basic level knowledge of programming specifically related to reading and creation of code
- Financial services industry background

A targeted annual base salary range of USD $60,000/Yr. - USD $75,000/Yr., based on the experience, skills, and education/certification required for this position. Eligibility for a discretionary semi-annual incentive compensation plan, based upon performance, payable in cash and/or share grants (RSU’s) that may vest over time. The annual discretionary target bonus percentage is up to 20%.
