The Opportunity

The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships by developing an extensive understanding of our clients’ business and serving as a liaison to ensure the highest level of client service delivery and satisfaction.  The Relationship Manager engages with the clients, builds a sustaining collaborative and productive relationship with clients; seeks to understand client situations, issues, expectations, etc.; takes appropriate action to meet client needs and address concerns; implements or utilizes methods to monitor and evaluate client feedback; appropriately meets client needs without jeopardizing business outcomes or results.

This role requires up to 50% travel as required to meet with clients.

The Role

• Developing and managing the strategies used to maintain strong client experiences, to ensure that excellent client services are being delivered
• Provide accurate direction and assistance on software platforms, banking products, tasks, enhancements, and time efficient solutions
• Manage assigned territory by fulfilling client requests and provide appropriate solutions to complex bankruptcy administration problems
• Conduct client training on new programs/products and conduct user group meetings and webinars

Are You A Fit?

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years' customer service 
• Experience in handling and analyzing data flow through multiple systems
• Successful experience managing multiple projects/initiatives simultaneouly
• Customer service management
• Strong accuracy & attention to detail
• Successful track record of driving results
• Ability to work independently
• Bankruptcy account management
• Chapter 7 industry knowledge
• Fiduciary responsibilities
• Solid problem solving skills
