The Talent Acquisition Specialist, part of the internal recruitment team, will be responsible for pursuing, evaluating and recommending for hire a steady stream of candidates. The Talent Acquisition Specialist must adeptly assess the aptitude, cognitive ability and potential for success of a substantial volume of candidates for internal requisitions within sales, recruitment, business development, sales support, operations, etc. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced corporate recruiter or agency recruiter looking to transition to the corporate recruiting world.

Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and communicating recruitment trends, results and insights to drive future recruitment activity, improve and enrich data and ensure compliance with our data integrity standards
- Driving the design, development, and delivery of effective strategic sourcing plans with the Recruitment Operations Director and/or internal client stakeholders
- Leading global teams who do both outbound and inbound sourcing to attract candidates for pre-identified scarce and critical roles and repeatable profile
- Ensuring your teams deliver a positive experience through every candidate interaction
- Develop KPIs in tandem with the Recruitment Operations Director and hold Sourcers accountable to those
- Analyzing return on investment on each sourcing strategy per Business Unit
- Mentor and support each team member as necessary to achieve high performance
- Monitoring and managing all team activity on a continuous basis, ensuring appropriate distribution of workloads across the team
- Assessing the performance of Associate Sourcing Recruiters and Sourcing Specialists with recommendations on performance ratings, financial incentives, and development requirement
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the staffing industry or Corporate HR, preferably with a global organization.
- Experience of working in a Sourcing Team Leader role
- Strong understanding of talent sourcing techniques and knowledge of technology (vendors, chrome extensions, boolean techniques)
- Leadership skills, specifically coaching, development and influencing
- Ability to interpret data from a variety of internal and external sources and predict trends
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience working with global/offshore sourcing models preferred
- People manager, strong sourcing capability, with a previous focus on technical hiring and experienced in volume and specialized skills across domains
