AZ Quality is seeking a dynamic individual to work as a full time SITE SUPERVISOR in a fast-paced Tier 1 automotive supplier located in Riverside, MO. This position requires 50 hours per week and some weekends. 1st shift with flexibility for 2nd if needed.
$18-$20/hour (depending on experience)
Person will be responsible for a Team of Quality Inspectors that inspect and certify components and completed seat assemblies.

- Must move unassisted
- Ability to walk/stand for long periods of time on unpadded flooring
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity
- Lift/carry 50 lbs consistently
- Work in a non-climate-controlled environment

- Quality department activities
- Automotive Industry
- Seating process, knowledge and experience
Daily Activites:
- Responsible for overall plant operations
- Follow and observe safety rules by the customer plant.
- Take the initiative to solve any potential customer complaint before it is detected and requested.
- Conduct daily Containment Activities based on current issues and customer concerns.
- Coordinate and lead any sorting/inspection/rework activity.
- Manage Team of Quality Inspectors and Team Leaders.
- Review and disposition rejected parts.
- Communicate daily with the Customer(s) via text, email, phone and in-person.
- Report on a daily basis quality defects with detailed data reports and descriptions for multiple projects/Customers.
- Implement corrective actions and clean points.
- Escalate issues as necessary.
- Complete necessary paperwork, including detailed Work Instructions and Quality Alerts, using MS Work and Excel.
