Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Program Support Specialist and provide a combination of administrative, marketing and data support for an energy efficiency organization and programs. This individual will support program managers, sector leads, and other staff in the day to day operation of agricultural, commercial, industrial, federal, and residential energy efficiency program implementation.
This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is in Portland, Oregon and is hybrid with onsite work once weekly.
The hourly pay rate for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.41) is $34.87.
The ideal candidate will possess the minimum qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
5 years of experience is required with an applicable Bachelor's degree.
7 years of experience is required with an applicable Associate's degree.
9 years of experience is required without an applicable degree.
Experience should be consistent with the specific requirements of program support and coordination and progressively more technical in nature.
Experience in energy-efficiency or related environmental field, include number of years and type of experience.
Knowledge of and experience related to energy efficiency program implementation.
Strong data analysis and writing skills, sufficient to analyze data and create reports and technical documents.
Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written), including proofreading, grammar, and voice.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of products Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required.
