Support Data Quality Analyst

Azara Healthcare is a leader in the population health management industry. At Azara, the Support Data Quality Analyst will be responsible for supporting, monitoring, and maintaining the data connectors that support the incoming data flow into Azara using prescribed tools, workflows, and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, respond, and rectify issues as they pertain to Azara Data Connectors and related inbound data connectivity issues from tickets and other sources.
• Work with clients, external IT professionals, and internal teams to establish, maintain, and troubleshoot data connectivity.
• Proactively assess data connector configuration changes and update accordingly.
• Triage generated tickets to appropriate resources.
• Respond to assigned tickets.
• Resolve or escalate tickets as needed.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Candidate should have a bachelor’s degree.
• Candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in healthcare, public health, data analysis, electronic health records, SaaS implementations, or related field.
• Candidate should have 1 years of relevant IT/Network/Support experience or combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience with health plans is a plus, but not required.

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:

• Intermediate SQL ability (writing queries)
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and think logically and analytically.
• Ability to manage complex data sets and ability to understand processes and workflows.
• The candidate must possess good oral and written communication skills and be willing to act as a team player; sharing information willingly and accurately, and the ability to convert verbal requirements into working solutions.
• Candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously; must be both detail and deadline oriented.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts, problems, and solutions.
• Understanding of key business intelligence concepts as well as knowledge of, or experience in, healthcare industry processes is preferred but not necessary.
• Preferred knowledge of xml, sftp, networking protocols, GitHub, and Jira.
