Role Description:
This role will be the product specialist for AZDS’ proprietary SAAS product, RevRaise, which is the leading Booking Engine solution in the Hospitality Industry for driving conversion, booking and revenue growth for the world’s leading Luxury Hotels.
A champion for their individual product, a product specialist at AZDS owns all aspects of their product, from innovation, to onboarding, to optimization, to client service. Creating results-driven product solutions, leading client-facing interactions, and providing excellent customer service, the ideal candidate is highly organized, agile, innovative and a strong teacher. They listen to client feedback in order to solve business problems through product innovation and continual optimization of our product platforms, in service of driving value and results for our clients as true strategic partners.
Working in an agency, your role will be fast-paced, multi-faceted and client-facing. This position will require strong skill sets in product ownership, identifying ways to optimize performance, making strategic recommendations, leading onboardings and trainings, and providing superior, responsive customer service.
The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills, brings a dynamic, proactive and positive attitude, is comfortable making recommendations for alignment vs. waiting for direction, has expertise in SAAS products, and exhibits an ownership mentality towards driving ROI and tangible revenue results.
Core Role Responsibilities Include:
- Leading onboarding for new clients on the platform.
- Configuring the product platform for each new client to align to their individual brand standards and preferences.
- Maintaining detailed checklists, functionality menus, and timelines to ensure effective configuration and launches.
- Leading, maintaining, and evolving multiple client relationships, including regular communication to ensure satisfaction and success. These relationships may involve a variety of executions on a regular basis.
- Leading Customer Service efforts for the product, troubleshooting issues, making updates, and activating the internal team responsible for solving client issues and making updates and fixes.
- Managing and activating internal Web Development resources to make improvements, solve issues, and launch new functionality and releases
- Leveraging performance data trends and client feedback to identify ways to optimize the platform, introduce new functionality and releases
- Creating and managing project timelines internally, keeping things on track, and constantly and proactively setting expectations with clients
- Leading ROI modeling and reporting for clients to deliver metrics and show effectiveness of the product
- Overseeing Client Communication via email outlining new functionality, different options, and other value-adding opportunities

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- 2 years with demonstrated hands-on experience working directly with a SAAS product, in development, training, marketing and/or service
- Prior experience at a digital agency preferred.
- Luxury Hotel / Travel / Hospitality experience a plus.
- Strong understanding of creating, editing, and managing content within website CMS systems.
- Experience working with a Booking Engine or Reservations product, program or system.
- Ability to lead client meetings, present solutions, and work within a team.
