SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for managing the implementation of Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 ERP system across locations in Canada, Mexico, and the U.S. as part of a global effort to migrate Azelis to a single ERP system. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Manage the business analysis, software configuration and development, implementation, and change management activities of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation. Develop, implement, and maintain a detailed project work plan, including traceable requirements, appropriate controls, governance structures and monitoring to ensure timely, on-budget and quality outcomes. Present monthly updates to the executive steering committee. Develop program-level communications to all stakeholder levels. Balance scope, schedule, budget, quality and risks, while monitoring, reporting and responding to issues and risks associated with the project Develop and implement change-management strategies to help ensure a beneficial transition to the new system while mitigating disruption. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Required skills/competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate and present complex information to technical and business partners, both verbally and in written form. Fluent in manufacturing and distribution principals with deep knowledge in the following core business processes: Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Plan to Produce Strong change management leader Ability to set agendas and facilitate meetings, while focusing in on critical path discussion topics and necessary decisions Proven ability to work remotely and independently Ability to work with teams to uncover, define and document business processes and align them to system processes Required Experience: Project/program management experience in complex mid to large sized programs managing workplan, project scope, finances, contractors, and vendors. 10 years of relevant business application project delivery experience 5 years of experience in leading complex teams in delivering full life cycle, large-scale ERP implementations to successful business outcomes 5 years of hands-on software implementation experience with Microsoft D365 Finance and Supply Chain or previous versions Industry experience in Industrial Products Experience creating training/user documentation Exposure to project related work and standard software implementation artifacts Preferred education/experience: Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical studies.
