What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver- Casual! position at Azura Memory Care?

Azura Memory Care is recruiting for that special someone who needs to feel as though they are really making a difference in people?s lives. That special someone must possess a great sense of humor, compassion for elderly people who have dementia, good decision making skills, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently alongside of the best caregivers in the industry. No experience? That?s okay! Azura Memory Care provides fully paid training on how to support elderly people with dementia as well as all required assisted living course accreditations.
Casual Requirements:
Work at least 2 shifts per month (1 has to be a weekend shift)
Complete monthly online training videos
Work 1 Holiday for the year (Holiday's recognized by Azura's Handbook)
Job Duties:
Assist elderly people with dementia in completing activities of daily living to include dressing, bathing and toileting as needed
Assist elderly people with dementia in participating in the daily routine to include activities and meals
Document the days? activities in electronic records
Light housekeeping and laundry may be assigned, depending on the shift you work.
