Quality Systems Manager (Consumer Manufacturing - Food & Beverage). Indianapolis area. Relocation assistance available. Salary: $120K to $125K bonus. Will manage design, creation, publication and maintenance of quality procedures, processes, and programs, comply with hygienic standards and best practices, identify appropriate measures of system effectiveness and ensuring these are implemented and monitored, lead and manage the QMS process from R&D through operations, manage and application of the Quality Monitoring Scheme. Requires 10 years experience in a cGMP environment, experience with manufacturing of aseptic products and thermal processing, knowledge of system design and experience working with implementing robust sustainable programs, experience with and use of Lean Six Sigma tools to drive improvements in systems and process. Belt or Black Belt preferred. BS Food Science or related.
