CSR-Aerospace (Fasteners)

Brief Description:

Manage and service customer accounts and customer relationships including contract review, quotes, order entry, all related compliance requirements and after sale support.

Qualifications

Skilled in soliciting, reviewing, quoting, processing, and servicing customer accounts

• Demonstrated ability to accurately enter quotes and purchase orders in our ERP system, and coordinate information and paperwork with other department personnel as needed
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
• 2-3 years experience in Customer Service in the aerospace manufacturing environment
• Ability to analyze and accurately interpret & apply work instructions, procedures, customer drawings, specifications, and quality system practices required.
• Must be results oriented and motivated self-starter with a strong history of delivering results which meet or exceed standards
• Attention to detail with ability to think and act analytically to make sound business decisions
• Ability to accurately use mathematics to meet job requirements required
• Strong interpersonal skills including listening, speaking and writing to meet job requirements required
• Some travel may be required to meet and/or service customers needs
• Effective team member with sense of urgency and ability to meet schedule commitments required

This is a Full Time position working 40 hours per week.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
