Job Responsibilities:
· Manages residential services of their counties
· Ensures daily staffing needs of programs
· Fulfill as requested Corporate holding responsibilities as directed by management.
· Ensures day-to-day upkeep, maintenance, safety, and cleanliness of all physical environments that supports are being carried out
· Contribute to the recruitment and retention of staff
· Management of all staff
· Actively participate in orienting and training for support staff COMPLIANCE AND REPORTING:
· Responsible for compliance of all sites in accordance with DODD rule as well as state, federal and local law.
· Responsible for ensuring all documentation is completed timely and accurately reflects support services. This includes, but is not limited to, transportation, billing, and program documentation. ACCOUNTABILITY:
· Ensures timely dissemination of program information.
· Responsible for company vehicle, cleanliness, safety and security FISCAL:
· Approval of monthly expense requests · Accountable for individual funds, provides safeguards for security and monitoring, and obtains receipts for authorized transactions/purchases

· High School Diploma and office environment familiarity
· Experience in a Health Care work environment

· Mental health crisis preparedness capability as directed
