JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a friendly and radiant Family Success Associate to join our team and provide exceptional customer service as they serve as the front-face of our company. This person will drive parent satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing concerns, and maintaining extensive knowledge around Bümo's multiple ventures in childcare, virtual preschool, workspace, and more. The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every parent interaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests and issues
- Advise parents on choosing the appropriate curriculum/package for their child
- Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date and strategic
- Facilitate demo-classes and lessons
- Garner interests of class topics and times best suited for our families
- Act as a liaison between parents and the company
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 1-2 years proven experience in supporting client success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
- Passion for delighting customers with above and beyond service
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
- Analytical multitasker who can juggle multiple responsibilities at once
- Must be located in Los Angeles, CA
