Group Fitness Presale Associate

We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for health and fitness and an excitement for the Bünda brand to come to Chicago. We are looking for organized, efficient, forward-thinking problem-solvers with exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

**This person must be available to work in-studio, mid-day for 4-5 hour shifts through Presale. Opportunity to develop into a Sales Associate position after Grand Opening but not guaranteed.**

The responsibilities and duties of this position described here are representatives of those a Presale Associate must perform. This is not a comprehensive list and other duties may be assigned.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Meet and exceed all key performance sales indicators (KPI’s) for the studio during Presale, including membership sales and maintaining premium customer service levels.
• Lead tours of the studio for potential new members, participate in community outreach and motivate members to generate a healthy lifestyle.
• Willingly initiate tasks and perform duties without direction.
• Deliver excellent communication skills and be able to work with a wide range of personalities.
• Make phone calls to prospects.
• Possess friendly and professional phone, email and text etiquette.
• Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative.
• Handle studio membership database, register new clients, receive membership payments and maintain client base.
• Be extremely knowledgeable of the Bünda program and have the ability to respond to clients’ questions.
• Maintain knowledge of Bünda’s memberships and class packages.
• Guide clients with regards to the latest studio promotions, membership offer and/or special events
• Work as a cohesive team with all staff members to ensure efficiency and camaraderie.
• Maintain product knowledge for all studio retail operations.
• Ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere at all times by assisting in studio cleaning, restocking, and upkeep, including cleaning of exercise equipment (stations, Stairmasters, weights), floors and mirrors.
• Handle bathroom and changing room cleaning.
• Shift opening and closing duties checklist to be completed per shift.
• Must be in Bünda apparel during shift times.
• Assist the Studio Manager in daily studio tasks and projects as assigned.
• This is not an exclusive list, but outlines general duties and responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to work mid-day shifts in-studio or community outreach 4-5 days per week (tentatively 10:00 AM - 2:00/3:00 PM).
• Must have prior sales and customer service exerience.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to kneel, bend, reach, climb and stand for long durations of time.
• Must be able to lift/carry 50lbs

**Compensation includes a base hourly rate plus commission on membership sales.**

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
