B & R Sheet Metal is seeking to fulfill a full time Admin Assist / bookkeeper position. We are seeking to add to our team a loyal, detail oriented person in what can be a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Job Costing for Invoicing
Payroll Processing, including daily time card entry into Quickbooks
Provide Clerical support including:
HR related items
Typing & emailing quotes to customers per Project Managers
Monitoring Employee Safety cards training & certifications
Maintain filing systems
Answer phones
Requirements:
Experience as a bookkeeper preferred
Proficiency in MS Office products including Excel & Word
Excellent attention to detail along with having excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently & as part of a team
Strong communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
