About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Analytics Consultant in the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence supporting the Remediation Analytics Teams that will work with all Wells Fargo lines of business data. In this role, you will: Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence analytical strategies for highly complex business and technical needs Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring analytical application of industry techniques and advanced data from multiple sources across the enterprise Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, innovation, and coordination of highly complex activities Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that align to the enterprise Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all projects managed Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership Required Qualifications, US: 7 years of Analytics, Reporting, Financial Modeling or Statistics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Experience in Financial Services working with Consumer Lending or Non-Lending data, e.g. Auto Lending, Home Lending, Credit Card, Retail Banking, Merchant Services, Personal Lending, Deposits, Wealth & Investment Management 5 years of SQL experience 3 years of SAS or SQL programming experience 1 year of Teradata experience Ability to form a story through data analysis Ability to develop and integrate data driven and analytical decision making for product and service operational activities Ability to quickly learn business operations and processes Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions Experience documenting non-technical business requirements and translating into technical rules Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis Good analytical skills including strategically analyzing data, diagnosing opportunities, and providing interventions Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Ability to articulate basic project methodology concepts for managing scope, cost, and schedule Ability to quickly and accurately execute tactical deliverables Ability to track and monitor project progress, identify project and process gaps, recommend controls and communicate progress to business leaders Ability to effectively assess stakeholder, partner, or client needs while consulting, building solutions, and developing processes Ability to translate business needs into complex analysis, designs and recommendations. Uses analysis to identify and define business requirements, while supporting the validity of the final product Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities and implement change Knowledge and understanding of incorporating business requirements into coherent technical requirements Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong attention to detail, including accuracy in grammar and a sharp focus on eliminating errors Experience coordinating multiple tasks within aggressive time frames Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management Ability to lead during times of ambiguity and change Job Expectations: Ability to travel up to 10% of the time Ability to work additional hours as needed Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
