About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Strategy & Planning Consultant. This role supports development of Premier Strategy in the Consumer Bank, which brings together Wealth Management, Banking and Lending for Affluent clients. In this role, you will: Act as an advisor to leadership Develop or influence highly complex business and technical needs across groups and functions Provide principal level strategic consulting services to client organizations Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking, and coordination of highly complex activities and guidance to others Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges Partner with executive management across Wells Fargo to define the business strategy then create and execute corresponding business plans and initiative Plan, direct, and control the formulate strategic business objectives for assigned business unit Required Qualifications: 7 years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Experience in Wealth Management, Banking and/or Lending for Affluent clients a plus Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Experience consulting, influencing, and partnering in a matrixed environment Ability to craft and execute a strategic roadmap Strong analytical skills – using data to drive strategy and prioritization Experience in Wealth Management, Banking and/or Lending for Affluent clients a plus Experience leading projects with a Management Consulting firm or Corporate Strategy team Job Expectations: This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship Must be willing to work on site at one of the locations listed Base Compensation Range: Pay Range for Charlotte, North Carolina: $120,400 - $250,000 annually Pay Range for New York, New York: $138,500 - $287,600 annually May be considered for a discretionary bonus. Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
