Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven success in financial leadership roles
- Experience of being involved in the buying/selling of privately held businesses

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years as a CFO (or equivalent, such as financial vice president/VP of finance) in privately-held companies within the USA
- At least 15 years of professional experience since college graduation
- Experience in participating in the sale or purchase of a privately held company
