The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager will oversee the implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) for the General Services Administration (GSA) Workplace Reservation System. This role ensures that all deliverables, work products, and services meet the highest standards of quality and comply with federal security requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement QASP: Establish, implement, and maintain an effective Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan to ensure consistent technical quality for all deliverables and services.
- Quality Reviews and Audits: Conduct regular management and technical reviews and audits to validate the quality of work performed by the contractor's personnel and subcontractors.
- Risk Management: Identify, document, and address risks and issues, and define appropriate mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Testing and Validation: Support the development, testing, and verification of the workplace reservation system to ensure it operates as intended in the existing GSA IT environment.
- Documentation: Ensure all project documentation, including project plans, user guides, and training materials, meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
- Stakeholder Communication: Manage communications among all stakeholders, including the contractor, GSA, government customers, and project stakeholders, to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the QA processes and implement changes to enhance the overall quality of the project.

- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) are a plus.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) guidelines and IT security requirements is highly desirable.
