Job Description: Production Assembler
Production Assembler Job Purpose:
Works in the production area processing work orders, assembling finished goods and subassemblies. Performs quality checks aligned with Standard Operating Procedures. Assists the shipping team in packaging finished goods.
Production Line Assembler Job Responsibilities:
- Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials
- Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies
- Verifies specifications by Quality Inspection requirements
- Resolves assembly problems by notifying line lead
- Reports any malfunctions or need for troubleshooting
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Routinely packages subassemblies in designated plastic bags for shipping
- Operates drill for subassemblies when needed
- Documents actions by completing production work orders through ERP System
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Other duties as required
** Shift: Monday - Thursday; 7 - 5:30. Fridays are utilized for overtime purposes.
Job Type: Full-time
