Our Ways of Working
We are a remote first company, with team members across the United States, spanning multiple time zones. However, the executive team has prioritized meeting in our Emeryville office monthly. We know that personal connection is the foundation for the great work we do together and this allows us deeper collaboration and business alignment as an executive team. As this role sits on that team, there is an expectation that the role will either reside locally in the Bay Area or be open to travel to the Bay Area 2-4 days a month. Your direct team will be remote most of the time, with the exception of our department and company offsites that happen two times a year. These offsites are expected of employees and executives and are great opportunities to meet the people you work with every day and to do the work that is much more difficult to do virtually.

Ultimately, we are looking for someone to raise the bar of leadership and strategic decision making so we can better serve the millions of registrants and gift givers who use Babylist every year!
