What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outreach Director position at BACA?
We are looking for an Outreach Director to join the team. At BACA, you will be a pivotal figure in our mission to advance mental health awareness and support. You will lead and execute outreach initiatives that connect us with individuals, families, community partners, and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, community engagement, public awareness campaigns, event coordination, analytics, budget management, and brand consistency.
Some of the essential functions include:
Strategic Outreach Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive outreach strategy aligned with our mission and goals.
- Identify target populations and geographical areas for outreach efforts.
Community Engagement:
- Establish and nurture relationships with local community organizations, schools, healthcare providers, and stakeholders.
- Promote collaboration and referrals to enhance our impact.
Public Awareness Campaigns:
- Develop and implement marketing and public relations campaigns to raise awareness about mental health issues.
- Reduce stigma and position BACA as a trusted resource in the community.
Brand Management:
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels and materials.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).or 7-10 years of experience in outreach, with a focus on healthcare or mental health services.
- 2 years of experience managing teams.
- CRM implementation experience.
Compensation
$130,000 - $160,000 DOE
