Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success with identifying and addressing client needs in customer-facing roles:
- Engaging with 70-100 prospective customers daily to provide answers to their questions and guide them through the sales cycle for a purchase in a timely manner;
- Prospecting, receiving and qualifying incoming leads by assessing the prospect’s needs and verifying the opportunity for closure;
- Maintaining a self-starter attitude, creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods;
- Supporting senior sales teams and sales representatives on outbound strategies, campaigns and lead generating efforts;
- Reporting weekly/monthly/quarterly sales metrics utilizing Salesforce.com and MixMax;
- Developing a sufficient understanding of our product value propositions to education and position the solution;
- Building rapport with prospects through friendly, engaging communication
- Having the ability to listen, understand, question and translate information into a value proposition;
- Having some knowledge of the SaaS market and/or the ability to learn new software quickly;
- Building rapport to quickly establish a connection or relationship prospects you have not personally met;
- Teaming, working solo and as a productive team member, making outbound calls every day while building and sustaining relationships with peers and colleagues;
- Demonstrating agility in an ever-changing environment;
- Promoting company goals and ideals to prospect;
- Managing multiple opportunities; and,
- Utilizing tools such as Salesforce, MixMax and Google suite including Docs, Slides, and Sheets.
