About the job: The Product Analytics team empowers Back Market to take data-driven decisions when defining its product strategy. From long term vision & discovery,  to short term iterations (AB tests), we partner with product managers, designers, engineers, business stakeholders to ensure the availability, reliability, accessibility and a high standard of tracking & analysis of data across all feature teams, in all our countries. As Product Analyst Intern, you will support the Product Analytics team in analyzing the performance and opportunities in product Squads and the way they impact our clients and sellers. You will be reporting to the Head of Product Analytics & Tracking and dedicated to one or several squads.  Your Mission (If You Accept It): 🥇 -Analyze and identify actionable insights throughout the product development process to inform strategic decisions with data. -Define KPIs and build dashboards to monitor products Squads performance. -Help design, run and evaluate A/B test experiments or other analyses to measure and report the performance of released features. -Contribute to the implementation and development of a tracking framework in your product scope. -Support Product teams in their use of Analytics tools (Amplitude, Google Analytics) About the internship: - Starting date is in January, 2023 - Duration : 6 months (until July 2023) - Location : Paris, France --> You must have an internship agreement provided by your current school Recruitment Process: - Zoom HR Interview with Fruzsina, Talent Acquisition Specialist (30min) -Technical test Interview via Zoom with Marthe RUYSSEN, Lead Tracking and Product Analyst (45min) -Cultural fit Interview with a Team member (30min) WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN US ? ✌🏼 - A meaningful job: through hard work, you will help avoid thousands of tons of electronic waste and fight against planned obsolescence.
