Who is Back Office Betties? We are a boutique virtual receptionist service for law firms in the United States and Canada. Our clients rely on us to be the first impression and the voice of their law firm. Law firms invest a lot of money in Back Office Betties in order to provide their own callers with a world-class customer service experience, meaning that we must continually be the best at what we do. Our Legal Intake Specialists go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service through detailed call handling instructions, scheduling appointments, answering FAQ's, taking messages and transferring calls.

We are currently in search of a Client Services Representative. The Client Services Representative is primarily responsible for resolving client concerns and issues. Our #1 goal is to first provide Unparalleled Service. Our #2 goal is to ensure that we do so in an efficient manner. Responsibilities:

  • Running ticketing system (Zoho Desk - Similar to Zendesk)
  • Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Research as required to troubleshoot customer problems
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers
  • Support sales team (back-end cancellation processing, client check-ins, updates, etc.)
  • Backup to the Account Setup Team

Schedule: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm PST

  • You must reside in AZ, NV, TX or FL.
  • 2 years of customer service or sales experience required
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices, experience with Zoho preferred
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Quiet home office space (background noise such as pets or children may lead to termination)
  • Internet speeds of 75 MBPS (visit Fast.com to check. CenturyLink is a banned ISP due to the unreliability of their network)
  • A wired Ethernet connection. Wifi is a security risk and can also cause a spotty connection.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
