What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bar Manager position at Back Porch Draft House?
A bar manager oversees the operation of the bar. Directing staff and ensuring that the bar is stocked and running smoothly. This includes but is not limited to, hiring, accountability, cleaning duties, ensuring pours are accurate, inventory of beer and liquor twice a week, organizing beer coolers, making schedules, planning and Introducing new beers/ideas for tap-take overs and pint nights, coming up with new creative ways to improve sales and increase customer retention, making sure the bar has the tools necessary to succeed, such as: glassware, muddlers, mint, strawberries, juices, mixes, bar cleaning supplies, mats, fishbowls, etc. Keeping your staff educated on beers and any new drinks, ensuring ticket times under 3 minutes and make sure everyone is trained and using proper techniques including servers.

Pay: $2.13 - $4.13 per hour
