Full Time (Seasonal) Shifts: SMRF (Sunday, Monday, Thursday & Friday): 11:30am-10:00pm SMTW (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday): 11:30am-10:00pm M-F PM: 1:30pm-10:00pmWeekend (Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday): 6:30am-5:00pm M-F AM: 6:30am-3:00pm Pay: SMRF, SMTW, M-F PM: $15/hr. $1.85/hr. shift differential Weekend: $15/hr. $2/hr. shift differential M-F AM: $15/hr. About the Job: Lift up to 50 pounds Stand and walk for your entire shift Read and Audit Labels Identify, count, and sort packages and inventory with a high level of accuracy Understand and differentiate between shipping methods and sort packages accordingly Use automated packaging equipment Participate in team meetings, follow guidance, and provide feedback as appropriate Maintain a clean work space Perform other duties as assigned Participate in LEAN initiatives About You: Verbal and Written comprehension of the English Language Basic Math Skills Computer Skills including familiarity with the internet and e-mail; ability to work with hand held computer device High School Equivalency Experience operating power industrial equipment (for example, standing order picker or forklift) About Backcountry Our mission is to connect people to their passions.
