Job Responsibilities
Customer Service Duties:
? Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
? Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times
? Navigate and process multiple administrative systems for replacement orders, claims, and inventory
? Enter/confirm new customer orders into Baden’s sales order system
? Provide inventory upload feeds as required by specific accounts
? Upload and provide tracking information as required by specific accounts and customers.
? Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
? Keeping records of customers interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
? Inventory and product knowledge
Administrative Duties:
? Interact with various departments and team members
? Answer and direct phone calls
? Maintain contact lists
? Provide information by answering questions and requests
? Assist with item set ups as needed for new customers;
? Assisting in general office maintenance
? Cover the reception desk as required
? Time Management and prioritization of various job functions;
? Assist with company events and celebrations
? Other duties as assigned;

Requirements
Required Job Skills & Qualifications
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) and strong communications skills
• Proficient in standard business computer applications (e.g. MS Office, CRM, ERP systems)
• Excellent telephone/customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
• Capable and proficient at multitasking.
• Working in a team environment while also being self-motivated and working independently.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• A passion for and experience in American team sports is a big plus
• Must be Customer Focused
Required Education
High school diploma
Degree in Business, or a related field
Proficient in standard business computer applications (e.g. MS Office, CRM, ERP systems)
