Summary:
The Data Administrator for the Regulatory department serves as the program administrator for environmental and data compliance. Assists with compliance of regulatory and environmental programs
Essential Duties:
Develop procedures to ensure regulatory/environmental compliance and filings are met and documentation is complete.
Formulate safety data sheets (SDS's) for GHS compliance and supporting database maintenance to determine assign proper labeling.
Request and verify supplier compliance claims, maintain organized regulatory databases
Coordinate, develop, and maintain reports and database
Assisting with various analytical and statistical projects
Perform general clerical tasks
Qualifications:
High attention to detail, high level of accuracy, good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word experience is required
Basic mathematical skills and strong critical decision making skills
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively communicate ideas and properly describe problems/solutions to employees, customers, suppliers, vendors, and with the proper Regulatory Agency contacts
Science/technical background a plus
