Job Description
This position is to backfill an experienced biller, with several years of recent government contract billing experience using Costpoint 7.0 or above. The position will bill T&M, FFP and Cost Type projects (government & commercial). This position will also be needed to enter invoices in several customer portals (i.e. WAWF, IPP). Communication and coordination with internal (Program Finance, Contracts, Collections, etc.) and external customers will be expected. This position will also work with computer and desktop applications, perform reconciliations and be skilled with monitoring and tracking project funding to complete billings and assignments. This position will be needed to support the INTEL group.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
In lieu of a degree, 4 years of recent government contract billing experience to include billing cost type, T&M and fixed price contracts.
Recent experience with government portals such as IPP, WAWF, recent knowledge of MOCAS and recent experience with Costpoint 7.0 or above.
Able to perform project reconciliations and track project funding. Able to work independently on complex billing projects. Ability to solve complex invoicing issues. Ability to contribute to process improvements.
Sound oral and written communication. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, with little to no supervision. Ability to meet recurring and ad hoc deadlines.

Cognos, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
